Responsibilities
As
the Vice President of Sales, TEG Partner Bruce Rosenblatt supervised
the sales and marketing efforts of an upscale CCRC in Sarasota, Florida.
Located with the master planned community of Palmer Ranch, the 270-unit
community struggled to reach presales financing thresholds which delayed
the construction start date. Depositor confidence was severely affected
along with the general reputation of the project in the greater community.
Responsibilities
included oversight of the sales team; sales training; coordination
of all advertising and public relations agency initiatives; strategic
event coordination; oversight of the outreach initiatives and depositor
retention programs.
Sales increased from
58 percent to 75 percent within six months, which enabled project to
commence construction.
