Responsibilities
The new ownership entity selected TEG to reposition and re-brand the community which retained its original name, create community goodwill and awareness for referral business, and generate media coverage.

The Atrium at Boca Raton, located on a 4.5 acre site, has 143 studios, one- and two-bedroom residences offering assisted living with Alzheimer and dementia care.Strategies included developing a marketing plan with budget and timelines; managing and tracking outreach efforts, promotions, advertising and publicity programs; creating an advertising “teaser” campaign; coordinating media planning and purchasing; and publicizing the community’s new ownership, philosophy and staff hires.  The intent was to “keep the community’s name” in the media, gain positive press attention and build community awareness.

Additionally, TEG developed a grand-opening event and ribbon cutting celebration with local dignitaries and community VIPs.  TEG also supported the community in hosting local organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Women and their events.
