The Ehlers Group provided strategic communication planning, special event concept and coordination, and public relations to reposition the company’s independent/assisted living communities across the country undergoing renovation.

The renovation celebration, “A Starlit Night of Vintage Hollywood, was designed to mark the completion of extensive renovations at the communities. Themed around the “Golden Age of Hollywood,” the formal attire event included celebrity look-a-likes from the 30s and 40s, vintage cars displays, roving paparazzi and movie-themed buffet stations such as Casablanca, The Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, King Kong, Show Boat and Cleopatra.

“A Starlit Night of Vintage Hollywood ”earned a prestigious Mature Media Gold ”award in 2003 for Special Event Marketing.
