Responsibilities
The Ehlers Group was selected to handle public relations efforts and external community relations for a new luxury continuing care retirement community opening in Aventura, Florida. 

Responsibilities included publicity, creation and coordination of an advisory board, and the official grand openings of the community and its health center.Opened in February, 2003, the award-winning community offers independent living, assisted living, memory support/Alzheimer’s care, respite care, short-term rehabilitative and restorative care, and long-term skilled nursing care.In addition, TEG was engaged to coordinate publicity and events to reposition Classic Residence by Hyatt in Hollywood, an older luxury rental community formerly named Northpark in October, 2004.   

The community, situated on 22 acres, offers independent and assisted living as well as memory support/Alzheimer’s care residences.
                                   
TEG assisted in strategizing the grand reopening celebration, “Stars of Hollywood”, and secured a proclamation from the City of Hollywood.
